Dr. Deborah Stamps is the founder and CEO of Deborah Stamps Consulting, LLC, with over 40 years of healthcare leadership experience. An internationally recognized expert in workforce development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and nursing education, she has served as Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Diversity Officer, and founding President of the Rochester General College of Health Careers.

Dr. Stamps developed the PAW model to advance educational and economic mobility for underrepresented minorities in nursing and has published extensively on leadership, DEI, and academic-practice partnerships. A 2023 Academy of Nursing Fellow and 2024 NBNA FADLN Fellow, she holds multiple degrees, national certifications, and is a certified John Maxwell coach.

She is a life member of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc., holding various leadership roles, including current 1st Vice President, past Northeast Regional Director, chartering President, financial secretary, and dean of membership of Beta Chi Chi, Inc.

Dr. Jamerson Holloway is an accomplished healthcare professional who has made significant contributions in the field of nursing. He received his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chamberlain University, where he gained expertise in clinical practice, leadership, and healthcare policy. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management, which has equipped him with business and management skills.

Currently, Dr. Holloway serves veterans as a RN Care Manager for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he provides compassionate care and ensures that veterans receive the best possible healthcare services. He is also a member of the Executive Board of Directors for Chi Eta Phi Sorority Incorporated Region, where he helps to promote professional development and excellence in nursing.

In addition to his professional roles, Dr. Holloway is actively involved in community service. He currently serves as a member of the Arizona College of Nursing-Advisory Board and is a founding member of the Southern Nevada Health District’s Barbershop Health Outreach project. Dr. Holloway has also served on many international medical mission trips that include Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Panama, India, and Tanzania, where he provided volunteer nursing services to communities in need.
