The Learning Management System (LMS) is Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc.®’s online education and professional development platform. It provides members, with access to healthcare courses, webinars, training modules, and resources that advance leadership, clinical practice, health equity, and service initiatives.

What can our Partner organization provide via the LMS?

Our LMS offers a flexible platform for hosting diverse content, including:

  • Webinars & Presentations (recorded)
  • CNE Modules
  • Workshops & Training Programs
  • Digital Resources (PDFs, toolkits, e-books)
  • Multimedia Content (videos, audio recordings, interactive modules)
  • Podcast

Partners may provide original content or co-branded programming that aligns with Chi Eta Phi Inc® mission and goals.

What Are The Content Requirements?

All content must:
Align with Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc.®’s mission, vision, and values.
Be evidence-based, accurate, and up-to-date.
Include learning objectives and target audience.
Meet professional standards for nursing and health education.
Respect copyright and intellectual property rights.

What file formats are accepted? 

Documents: PDF, Word (.docx)

Presentations: PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF

Videos: MP4 (preferred), MOV

Audio: MP3, WAV

Graphics/Images: JPEG, PNG

Interactive Modules: SCORM 1.2/2004 or xAPI (Tin Can API) packages





             Technical Guidlines:

  • Video resolution is at least 720p (1080p preferred).
  • Audio is clear, with minimal background noise.
  • File size does not exceed 1 GB per upload.
  • SCORM/xAPI packages are tested prior to submission.
  • All links and embedded media are functional.




What information must be included with each submission?

Each submission should be accompanied by a Content Submission Form that includes:

  • Title of Program
  • Target Audience (students, nurses, healthcare leaders, etc.)
  • Length of Program (in minutes/hours)
  • Learning Objectives (3–5 clear, measurable outcomes)
  • Presenter(s): name(s), credentials, affiliation(s), brief bio(s)
  • Format: video, PDF, PowerPoint, SCORM module, etc.
  • Date of Creation/Last Update
  • Disclosures/Conflict of Interest Statements (if applicable)


What is the submission process?

1. Prepare Content: Ensure it meets file format and technical guidelines.
2. Complete Submission Form: Provide required details.
3. Send Materials: Submit content and form to the designated contact(s).
4. Review Process: Content will be reviewed for alignment, quality, and technical compliance.
5. Approval & Upload: Approved content will be added to the LMS and scheduled for release.
